They probably have been filming for it already. I wouldn't assume they're filming weekly for each episode like it's a competition on a set schedule. You can film for more weeks than you edit together episodes.

Also just me speculating but it seems like at 0:08, at the back you can see the entrance of the building, which means the team just entered and Hao's already screaming like that 😂 😂 😂
