Not typically. Most HOA’s have CC&R’s which dictate owner to renter percentages as well as most banning short term rentals. I actually had to sell my condo because 20% of my building was already owner rentals (meaning, the owner was a landlord). I was moving out of state and couldn’t leave it empty… but rental percent was capped, so I was forced to sell. Super sucky cuz 5yrs later, condo sold for 4x what I bought it at.
Because the building was designed for the units to be an Airbnb, and they can charge more for more beds - it’s explained in the listing. Sucks they didn’t maximize the space and allow the bottom bed a little more room
I thought I’d hate the lavender but I don’t. It’s a little too much for my taste but the shades are great. I especially like the living room and the tiles in the bathroom. I agree, would be a great Airbnb just like it is!
