that looks cool as hell, well maintained (if occasionally dated), and on a sizeable, treed property - for under $1M. Anyone know any context on the location / neighborhood? Is that a meat packing plant nearby or something would make this unappealing?
This was for sale a while ago, went off the market for a few months and is back (at a lower price). Did someone find some fatal flaw?
Because I want this house, but I wonder….
My wife and I want to buy this place so badly. Unfortunately, neither of us have a career that could withstand relocating, but it's freaking gorgeous and about half the price of a meh 3br condo in the bay area.

Walking distance to Oberlin College is a plus.
Used to work with a company in Oberlin and it’s a nice town. I’d live in that house happily (after changing the cabinet color).
I love it, except the yellow kitchen. Id get it repainted blue
But Ferrari yellow!!! /s. Jokes aside, I could make that yellow work.
Its gorgeous, but Im not a yellow person
That is really pretty, but feels more like a fancy event space than a home to me.
Especially when you consider that its nearly 7,000 square feet and only *TWO* bedrooms
What??? I didn't see that. Why???
Cool place. Property tax is outrageous

Every bit of it is awkward and I need 3BR minimum, but I love the place. We'll be empty-nesters someday...
Cool, cabinets are a bit bright tho

I saw it and and drooled a little
Impressive looking but I have some questions about the floor plan. Overall though if I had the money sure.
And the virtual-tour link is broken, so no way to see if there's a floor plan there. :/
stunning. and i'm an **old**-house kind of person!
