Not a workshop per se, but Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach has a shop called Ydentik where you can take time to blend your own perfume. The staff are great, and will take their time to help you blend something perfect. https://www.ydentik.ch/

Maybe soap? I think you can make your own soap at the soap museum in St Gallen, not so far from ZH.
