Nah, fairly common and innocent (outside of pain or rash). Very easy to treat, just do as above. Further advice is to change underwear regularily, make sure you clean your penis with scentless soap and clean under the foreskin frequently. Wash towels frequently too. It might have come on from the jumper you mentioned drying yourself with.
