26M Help please - Does anyone know what this skin condition is on my buttocks? It's so dry and itchy, and there's also a red rash on the sides of my anus. My buttocks is incredibly uncomfortable and hurts to sit and move. Moreover, when I sit for just 5 minutes, the seat gets wet.
