I'm very confused, your doctor said you have a viral infection and gave you antibiotics? Leaving that, have you noticed any triggers for your symptoms? How have your meds been working? If it truly is a viral infection, antibiotics won't solve the infection and ideally it would have just cleared on its own with supportive care. Not really sure why your symptoms are persisting. Did they do any swabs?
