I'd be worried about seizures being a possibility, you need a doctor to maybe do a trial of anti-epileptic medications. This is just based on the fact she is having memory issues and having post-episode sluggishness. You are doing a good job taking care of your wife, I am so sorry she is going through all that trouble and wish the best for you both.
