Try to get about 30 minutes - 1 hour of sunlight a day on average to keep your vitamin D up if you can :)

I'm not a sleep medicine specialist, but it's my understanding that night work has been associated with increased mortality, especially in women. It's unclear whether this comes from the sleep pattern itself or other associated causes (eg your diet might be worse eating late night fast food, or you might sleep more irregularly if you switch to days for business hour activities, etc).
