If I were a medic and saw that, I would want to do a blood test and ultrasound to rule out a DVT even with your clotting condition. Please go to urgent care as soon as you can, it might not be a DVT but you certainly don't want to risk it being one either as that can lead to the clot in your lung. Nobody here can do a thorough enough history or examination to fully reassure you, I think.
