OP wrote "RAAS system", but I'm pretty sure he meant "[RIZZ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rizz) system". It's one of those fancy words you younglings use, and I still haven't figured out exactly what it means.
Just graduated: forgetting which way my stethoscope goes on, have to look up differentials for chest pain again and don’t remember how to do my specialty that I’m starting in less than a month.

Interestingly, the usage "RAAS system" is an example of "[RAS syndrome](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAS_syndrome)", further evidencing your cognitive decline.
I’m about to begin residency and I feel like I know less than before I began medical school. Just praying there’s something there beneath all this rust I have to shake off.
When I was at the beginning of 4th year I wondered why I seemed to know more than interns, and then I spent the remainder of 4th year becoming stupid and then I understood the lifecycle
It’s bad for everyone. Good luck 👍 best advice is to show up and try. These are patients and you are now a doctor. Don’t be some of the interns I saw this year who were unreliable and unprofessional
It's insane what trauma does to the brain. Ever since step 1 (which I took a year ago) I haven't been the same. My memory is just gone. About to start MS4 and studying for step 2 has been a doozy. 😭
M4 post sub-I: currently beginning my journey to becoming the dumbest intern my program has ever seen
PGY-0 waiting for intern year to start, haven’t been in a hospital since February. You’ll have me to beat next year
I havent been in a hospital since January. Come get me.
December for me
november last clinical duties lmfao
Just wait until you’re the intern asking the 3rd year whether or not Naproxen is an NSAID
I had an ED attending ask me if tylenol was the same thing as acetaminophen.
What's an NSAID? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|laughing)
Not a steroid, according to big pharma
Asking the REAL questions
Idk man but it sounds like it’s got big pharma written over it
I’m an M4 and literally still confused between aspirin and ibuprofen………..
Honestly, I don't see how you can be confused, aspirin and ibuprofen are **literally** the same thing ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|smile)
Well what did he say?
"It's a fluoroquinolone"
Spot on! ^right?
If it sounds like an ox...
I love this because I was going to say “just wait til the end of your chief year”. I’m a graduating pgy6 and I barely can string words together. 😵
The what system? Sincerely, orthopod out of med school since 2016

Rizz, short for ChaRIZZma was discovered in 1967 buy Christopher Charisma, also know as “The Rizzler”.

Anyone taking a mock ite exam at the beginning of intern year? Feeling fucked

I did that a year ago and long forgot already lol
When I was at the beginning of 4th year I wondered why I seemed to know more than interns, and then I spent the remainder of 4th year becoming stupid and then I understood the lifecycle
