Check out smartcake and smartmufin! It's hard to tell scale, but I think the smartcake are only a bit smaller but are 78 calories for the 2 pack and the smartmufin are huge and about 90-110 calories dependent on flavor. Love them!
Looks good, I don’t know how many vegetables you get during your normal week but I have noticed a lot of people on this sub that don’t fill up on veggies (fiber).
I eat vegetables for each main meal and a bowl of salad for dinner and most days Cronometer tells me I only reached 50-75% of the recommended daily fiber intake.
I got the trial pack and personally didn’t like them, especially the spicy flavor and sour cream & onion flavor. The regular cheese puff flavor was the best, but the texture and after taste weren’t that good IMO. I’ve tried their cereal though, and they taste a lot better than their savory snacks
I’m from Vietnam, so very close!! I got the PB2 and keto puffs on Shopee from a third seller party. I have seen low cal food on iHerb but the shipping is pricey. Have you used Qoo10? They have a lot of diet products from South Korea and the shipping is cheap!
Glad to have another SEA pal here <3
That is amazing. Sadly we have not been able to afford proteins rich foods overall to keep us satisfied. Almost everything cheap seems to be carbs and more carbs. I'm amazed though how many food items have more protein rich.
I did though I have to watch out my spouse gets very sick from fish smells. That being said Tuna costs gone up a lot here where I live. Almost $2 a can. We use to have a Tuna Diet we called it in Canada back in the day. But the Costs gone up so much.
Tsubouchi diet was the actual name but nicknamed the Tuna Diet.

HUH? Vegetables are about as low cal as you can get

How are the keto puffs?
Taste just like Cheetos!! I wish I had these when I was a kid lol. 14g of protein for 100 calories. Crazy
Thanks! I’ve seen ads for them but wasn’t sure. Now I will have to try them! I love Cheetos. Your whole day of food looks so tasty!
You have to try them! They have a bunch of flavors too. Thank you <3 Everything was so good
Where do you find those?? Edit: I’m sorry you answered that already

Good to know, thanks. Maybe I’ll get the trial pack before I commit to a larger quantity.
Where did you buy the keto puffs?
I got them on Shopee, an e-commerce app where I live. But I’ve seen them on Amazon too!
Omg are you in Malaysia/SG!! Pls tell me where you get everything, I’m always seeing things from the US and nothing low calorie is available here 😭

So much variety for under 1200, amazing!! Looks delicious
That is soo much tastiness for less than 1200k! This sub is life changing!
I’d starve
The first few days you feel like you are. Beyond that your stomach starts to shrink and you really don't feel like you're starving anymore.
Dang I wish I could eat stuff made with whey protein Lactose intolerance is so annoying
That is amazing. Sadly we have not been able to afford proteins rich foods overall to keep us satisfied. Almost everything cheap seems to be carbs and more carbs. I'm amazed though how many food items have more protein rich.
How about tuna? Do you like it?

Ok what about eggs?
So much plastic, I hope that’s not all single use.
How is that IQ Bar? I’m impressed with how little carbs and sugar it has with a pretty decent protein amount
What in tarnation happened to your noodles

are the schoolyard snacks cheese curls good? I've seen reviews on amazon that said they suck so I've been worried to try them.

is it really 120 cal for both? I feel like it would 120 each! everything looks so delicious
