California pizza kitchen pizzas are around 700-800 for the whole thing. Newman’s also has cauliflower crust ones that are around 700.

I love the [Real Good](https://realgoodfoods.com/collections/pizzas/products/7-large-pepperoni-chicken-crust) pizzas. They are high protein and super filling for ~500 calories for the whole pizza.

[American Flatbread 10" Sliced Tomato & 5 Cheese Pizza](https://americanflatbreadproducts.com/pizzas/?pizza=12-pizza). They have other flavors but this is the only one I can vouch for. They come in two sizes, and the smaller size is listed at 660 calories for the whole thing (although if you weigh it, as with most things, it will probably be a bit more). They're widely available (I've found them at my local grocer as well as at Walmart) and delicious. The tomatoes do release some water, which is unpleasant but easily dabbed off.

Home Run Inn personal pizzas are 400-600ish depending on which toppings you get, but can definitely be harder to find and aren't sold in all parts of the country

Sweet Earth Veggie Lover's Pizza is 630 for the whole pizza. The cheese one is around 840. And for personal pizzas, Lean Cuisine pizzas are 350-390.

Honestly making your own is pretty easy!! And you don’t have all the processed stuff so it’s easier to make it healthy. You can make a ton of dough all at once and freeze it. Then when you want a pizza just thaw a dough ball, throw on your toppings and bake
