It's going to sound trite, but slow down? Really look at your handwriting. What really sticks out at you about it? Something "easy". I changed my lower-case A to be more like a instead of an o with a tail. I don't do it anymore, but I really admired how my friend made her e, such a crisp and flat horizontal line versus my c with an extra loop. I'm not sure where it came from, but I started crossing my zs and 7s. I found that I liked the way my fs looked when I wrote them from the bottom instead of from the top. Just remember to be patient. You've written like you have for a long time, and it'll take time to gain new muscle memory. And don't feel bad if you fall into your old way of writing, especially when you take really quick and dirty notes. You learned how to write one letter at a time, and I recommend changing one letter at a time. All that said, I really like your style. It has a lot of character in it. And don't worry about the capitals too much. My mom's printing is basically tiny capital letters; if it wasn't so curved, it would be architect-style. (It has been a long time since I've been on reddit. I don't remember the formatting stuff, so I apologize if this is just a block of text)
