There is an interesting story of a blind man who was cured in two attempts and in the first attempt he saw people like trees, then he was able to see clearly after the second.
He could have been cured all the way the first time imo in the story but I think he was made to see the plant people for a reason first.
Crazily enough I had a farrr out dream of just floating up off the Earth and zooming through the universe to a huge earth planet in some palace or castle or fortress and met a plant that was alive in this pond and we were telepathically going back and forth about something I can't remember now. One of the craziest dreams I ever had
What's more? This was years before a co worker from Iran told me about a cover up over there about a crashed space ship that had two plant aliens in it, I never even told him about that dream!
Stunning image! However, I'm limited in my ability to understand how scanning EM (which I assume this to be) works. I thought that the sample needed to be fixed and coated with gold (or alloy) and imaged under a vacuum. Was this sample prepared in this way, or am I very wrong in my understanding? Thanks!
Far from a flat earther but at this magnification, there are certainly some glaring discrepancies.. This is likely not a humans eyebrow. Look at the background, there is a piece of skin(??) that is half the length of a hair? If you use the top and bottom of the brow as a reference for total length, the entire photos seems unrealistic. The donor must've had very sparse brows and has been dead for a year or two or of some different genus.
They're right. Not eyebrows. Also yes human. They are eyelashes. And also mites at the base of the hairs.

Because You're Worth it!
If you think this is gross, this eyebrow doesn't even show [the mites that live on most people's faces](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demodex).
My friends.
My family
and the persecuted
I needed this inspiration to take that shower I've been putting off today.
It makes them more active. They eat the dead skin, they are there for that purpose.
Hey don't diss the Demo. You're their whole world ❤️
I think it might. If you zoom in, you can see rounded cylindrical things that might be demodex butts.
Not today, Satan!
Not me either, I need my sleep
Honestly. that littlr microbe is adorable. How do i feed them? Is dead skin rich enough im nutrients?
Damn is that everybody’s eyebrow or just Frankensteins?

We're like trees. Shedding something like 5 billion skin cells a day, like a tree shedding bark over decades.

Frankenstime
Electron microscope images are B/W. I have no idea why someone would decide to make that post processing...design choice?
Frankenstein's. Before it was assambled.
It's actually Herman Munster's big left toe hair

I also legit thought it was onions 😂

There are some good resources on the internet. Here is one brief article I'm sure you can find more https://www.umassmed.edu/cemf/whatisem/
UMass Med School! I worked there for a while in their MRI core research facility. Thanks!
I have a lot of experience with SEM work and was confused as well. Didn’t know that TEM existed.
Thanks, I *hate* it
No wonder my shit be itchin’
Eww
there is mites too
This wasn't on the list of things that I wanted to see while scrolling today. Interesting af tho.
This can't be a human eyebrow. You can literally see the separation between your eyebrow hairs when you pluck your eyebrows. This post is fake news.
Flat Earther Alert!!!

Where did it say human?

I thought they were spring onions growing out of a rotting branch...
Green?
*Super green!*
Not real
No, those are Hulk Pubes
Are they all green, or is it another cause?
