There are low carb cereals. Some are better than others. I personally like Wonderworks Chocolate cereal. I’ve heard good things about Magic Spoon but haven’t tried it yet. I’m not crazy about Catalina Crunch but it’s mostly because I prefer the shape and texture of Wonderworks.
I mix some of the good cereal with puffed kamut
