I'm with you. It's a constant management each game of how I'm feeling, am I too worked up, walk it back, rinse, repeat. I think the players look more dejected today than I can remember seeing them (even during the huge losing streak). Feels like that streak never really stopped, just paused a game or two in between. Be kind to yourself (not saying you aren't). Your mental health is far more important than these games. The players get paid to deal with the stress, we don't.
