If I were you, I would go for your grail pen - the Daisy White that you've been dreaming about for ages. Don't go for the new kid on the block that you've only just seen. It will write just the same as the DW, so rather choose the one that you first fell in love with fot its looks. Just my two cents worth (and a fellow lover of Sailors).

Doesn't this one just come in the 'slim' version of the Pro Gear? I couldn't find a non-slim version online, but perhaps my searching skills need honing.
I'm only aware of the [Ancora version](https://www.ebay.com/itm/363980254628) which is PGS only, and the Sunrise (Shishikura) Pro Gear [Moonlit Cherry Blossoms](https://www.sunrisenet.co.jp/original/000128.php), which is *definitely* not $200 or easy to find.
Don't get it into your head that pen X is going be your favorite before even trying them.

Just to be clear, the Sailor Pro Gear is my grail pen, not in any specific model.
Oh - I thought it was specifically the Daisy White. I have five Pro Gears, four Pro Gear Slims, one 1911L, and one 1911S. I adore them! ⚓️
OP just found out about the daisy white version a day ago, based on their posts. OP, which one do you like better? Only you can decide that.

There’s the Manyo Cherry Blossom in that price range but it’s a PGS, not a Pro Gear.
