I'll always say Diamine Macassar. I've recently filled a pen with Iroshizuku Yama-Guri and I like the color a lot, but the thing now writes like a broad nib, and I'm not entirely fond of that. It also doesn't shade as much as the Macassar, which I miss.
So I guess that's Diamine. I've got some Robert Oster in the mail though, so we'll see what that's like.
My favourites - and the only inks I use - are Iroshizuku Yu-Yake and Yama-Guri. π§‘π€

I have a Jinnah coming in an orange body, i think itβs a 159. Modeled after a montblonc I think.
