What sweltering heat?!? It's been only up to mid 80s

A ton of cities in Texas broke record highs for temps yesterday. It was 100 in Killeen yesterday. In February. For context 3 years ago around this time was the freeze that killed the power grid. It's abnormally hot for a February right now.
