I isolated the RNA through trizol method. This is the yield i got (first 3 readings). I ran it on agarose (2%) and didnt get any band ( 2, 3 and 4 sample in well). Is it degraded ?

According to this picture the there are two R (same nucleotide sequences region) and the negative DNA stands synthesized binds to the another R and starts polymerizing.
