Starsurge reduced to 30 yd range, down from 35 yd. Mangle (cat) reduced to 270% weapon damage, down from 300% weapon damage.

What was once rogues in BRD, is now Mages in stocks. I refuse to believe that this botting problem is not easily solvable. On my server you have whole bot guilds with bot in their name, flaunting their cheats. Do something about the integrity of your game blizzard.
