D-Day drugs?

Please help me find out more info on my late neighbor, he was a navy pilot stationed at Pearl Harbor during the attack, took part in Midway, Guadalcanal (part of the “black cats”) and then went on to Europe to take part in D-Day, and more. Here are some pics of him and pics he took during the war.

Some more photos from my late neighbor Dan Hunter. If you can give me any sources on him or need more info please help, he had an amazing story and I want to keep it alive. Please refer to my last post as well!
